Our Work
Design
We advise architects and engineers on the design elements of each green roof. Building on years on maintaining roofs, we understand the level of detail and knowledge of roofing components, drainage styles, growing conditions, and plant selection needed to create a green roof that lasts and requires minimal maintenance. Like other rooftop contracting projects, green roofs increase structural loads and are subject to increased code requirements.
Installation
No project is too large or small. We build green roofs anywhere in Oregon and Washington. With our decades of construction and contracting experience in the Portland, Oregon region we can help you navigate the complexities of building codes, safety requirements, and structural load capacity regulations. We can manage individual project needs from conception and design to construction and final deployment.
Maintenance
Ecoroofs Oregon provides routine green roof (ecoroof) maintenance and care for a variety of multi-family residential buildings, single family homes, commercial buildings and institutions. Preventative maintenance is essential to sustaining a healthy green roof. Watering, weeding and routine plant care will extend the life of a green roof and keep it functioning as bird and insect habitat, urban green space as well as helping to support efficient stormwater capture.
