Andrew was born in Portland and has spent his life in the Pacific Northwest. He brings extensive experience in project management, supported by a background in forest management and river restoration, with a strong focus on watershed health. Outside of his professional work, he serves as the Chair of the Aurora Parks Committee, where he oversees the city’s natural areas and secures funding to enhance local parks.
